A delicious, creamy-textured, organic blue cheese from Carmarthenshire, Wales. A blue Caerphilly cheese, Perl Las has a delicate, salty flavour when young, but becomes golden in colour and stronger and more lemony in taste as it matures. It has a creamy, lingering aftertaste. When young, Perl Las (which translates as blue pearl in English) has a delicate blue taste. When mature, it becomes golden in colour and fuller in flavour.
