Tantalizing Taleggio, a creamy washed cows milk cheese from Italy. The center of the plate was adorned with Perbacco, an Italian cheese from Northern Italy that has been washed in a wonderful red wine for it’s delishious life. We also added St. Agur, an incredible creamy blue cows milk cheese from the Auvergne region of France. This is a customer favorite and we love it too! Finally, we placed a wonderful round of Brilliat Savarin, a triple cream cows milk cheese from France. This cheese is delightful on it’s own, on our Crostini’s, (pictured), with a wonderful Italian salami (pictured) or with a compote as shown here with Raspberry Cardamon Jelly from Artisan Edibles. All of these delights were arranged on a lovely cheese plate ready for you to pick up and enjoy!

The cheese board pictured below was created for a group of twenty-five. The food cost $150 and the board was rented for an additional $25.
