We are now offering some wonderful artisan cured meats – what the French call charcuterie and the Italians call salumi – try our prosciutto, parmacotto ham (a delicately flavored dry cured ham) or Porchetta Toscana arrosto ((Tuscan roast suckling pig).

Harry’s Handcrafted Cheese Boards
This is a keepsake that will be enjoyed for many years to come! Available in several sizes, and well priced from $29.99, these lovely handcrafted boards are manufactured here on site! They are made of local Black Cherry, by Herma’s husband, Harry. Each of them are carefully hand-rubbed, oiled and branded. What a perfect way to present your charcuterie and cheese!
